Lisa Ellingson, of HSBC, is nasty, deceitful, vicious, and abusive of employee trust. I filed a complaint with HR that my manager was harassing me on a daily basis. In the complaint I listed 3 Labor laws that he does not follow. Since I knew about the laws concerning those violations, I was certain that I was harassed. Lisa Ellingson assured me that HR would help. Lisa Ellingson then asked me to sign a letter. The next day before I knew it, Lisa Ellingson put me on a 2 week leave while they investigated. Before I came back, HR called me and fired me. They said it was for violating company policy. Excuse me, what company policy?!

People are "discarded" by Lisa Ellingson without any regard to ethics, corporate standards or in some cases even the law. Lisa Ellingson is an example of what is wrong with corporate America where people mean nothing.
It is amazing how out of touch Lisa Ellingson is with addressing problems. I do not think Lisa Ellingson takes time to actually look at HR responsibilities. It is de-motivational to be in a meeting with a deceitful hypocrite like Lisa ellingson. And you realize that Lisa Ellingson has absolutely no intention on helping you. And you don't dare say anything, because if you do you know it will cost you your job
Lisa Ellingson is the reason that makes HSBC a very lousy choice for employment. No matter what kind of employee HSBC hires, if its HR and management is out of touch, vicious, deceitful, unskilled for, people like Lisa Ellingson will drag this company to the ground.

Yours Sincerly
